I don't know if I am strong enough to remain optimistic through all of this anymore. Fear is so potent sometimes that I can't grasp hope. I sound so fatalistic don't I? I guess I can't help but be a little dramatic, it's in my nature to be bit of a performer.
But it honestly has been a little bit like a rollercoaster...
I know I have plenty to be grateful for and that there are many who are praying for my benefit, and I thank you. I have felt your prayers and they have sustained me. So I guess, instead of falling into the depths of despair, I should give thanks for my friends, family, and to my Heavenly Father.

I love you, Anna.

Here are my top ten reasons why having an excuse to only eat soft foods is fabulous:

1. Mini marshmallows
2. Smore's roasted over the stove.
3. Ice cream.
4. No carrots.
5. Desserts are usually soft.
6. No chicken feet.
7. We can't fight you for the chunks in the ice cream so you get all you want. (not fair!)
8. Big marshmallows.
9. It's an excuse to use a straw. Bendy straws are fun!
10. All soft foods can be eaten while watching the Simpsons because your chewing won't be so loud you can't year the sound (on the rare occassion you need the sound).

Sorry to hear the hardships Anna. I want to talk to you sometime about NY. You should comment on my blog with your e-mail.

I'm not sure exactly what you're going through, Anna. (I assume something to do with your mouth...) But know that I'm thinking of you and I hope everything turns out well. I love you!

Anna, I'm on the long list of people praying for you. I was talking to your mom last week, and she updated me some more. Feel good, okay? I love you!

After reading Leah's comments you can't help but smile!!! But I have to say that I like the silly crazy straws that are bent all over the place - especially when drinking something dark like chocolate milk so you can watch as it spins all through the straw!!

We all love you and think of you often.

Hunter was star student and brought the picture of the two of you from your wedding as his favorite of all pictures.

Never forget you are loved and supported and we think of you often!!!

Anna!
Thank you for finding me! I get so excited to discover old friends.
You are such a wonderful friend to me Anna. Wasn't that fun doing the dance workshop together? You know my husband still calls you Julliard?
Anna, whatever difficulties you are required to face, I have no doubt you are strong enough to overcome. Sometimes others see in us what we cannot see in ourselves, and I am here to tell you that you are very, very strong. You do not accomplish all that you have in your life without being strong. You do not graduate from Julliard, work as a professional dancer, live across the country from your family and friends, and maintain the wonderful optimism and kindness that bursts out of your beautiful being without a deep well of constant, flowing strength. You will rise, my dear, as always, you will rise.
